Description
In Way Too Many Cats, players each run a cat shelter and try to make the cats as happy as possible, so they can get adopted! Each cat wants different things, with some cats being a bit more particular than others. Balance making adult cats happy while also not getting too many kittens and you'll end up with the cutest set of cats! Do you have what it takes to wrangle some cats, place them appropriately, and not get overrun by kittens? Way Too Many Cats is a competitive spatial puzzle drafting game about choosing cats, getting the right cat toys, and pressing your luck in the number of kittens you take on.
•DRAFTING WITH A TOUCH OF PRESS YOUR LUCK: You can focus on making your cats happy or you can try to make sets of kittens! Kittens are negative points, but can be mega points if you can get them into the right sets!
•EASY TO LEARN: On your turn, you simply choose to take either the small group of tokens and two cats of your choice, the medium group of tokens and one cat of your choice or the largest group of tokens and the last cat. Turns are fast and impactful but could cause you to take on a load of kittens, that can give you a lot of negative points at the end of the game.
•UNIQUE CATS: Each cat type likes the same things, but each cat also has particular interests. Try to balance what each cat wants while also making sure to get cat toys and sets of kittens!
•UNLIMITED TOKENS: If players keep taking the two smallest piles of tokens, the large pile can grow to be very, very tempting! But can you place the kittens in enough sets to outweigh their negative points?
